Batting Facility Rental

Indoor Batting & Training Facility

JMK's facility also has an area for indoor baseball/softball training!  Individuals, and/or teams can rent our batting lanes (limited based on availability; by request only) for extra indoor training! 

Listed below are our current rates for our batting lane rentals: 

1 lane:  $30/hour or $180 for 8 hours  (must be reserved based on availability)

2 lanes:  $50/hour or $300 for 8 hours (must be reserved based on availability) 

Each lane has a green mat area with batters boxes and home plate, L screens, and there is also a net that pulls across that is great for soft toss training and hitting off of a tee. 

Each participant will need to provide his/her own equipment (bats, baseballs/softballs, gloves, helmets, etc.).  We only provide the indoor facility, the batting nets, L screens, & home plate area with batters boxes.  

ABSOLUTELY no hitting or throwing baseballs, softballs, or other objects into the large black curtains will be allowed or tolerated.

ABSOLUTELY no alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, foul language, foul play, or illegal activities will
be allowed or tolerated on the premises.

Please be advised that your activities are on camera
and are being recorded.

If any of these items become an issue at your event, we reserve the
right to refuse service and ask you to immediately leave the premises and/or get law enforcement
involved if necessary with no refunds.

Please respect each other, the property, and all JMK Martial Arts &
Fitness personnel. No smoking or vaping is allowed within 25 feet of the building.

Please properly dispose of all trash, and if trash cans are full please take the trash out to the large brown trash cans out by the road.  Be responsible & a good steward of the facility.

Each participant will also need to sign our general liability waiver form.  

A JMK Martial Arts representative will be on site to assist you with your facility rental.

Please be advised that JMK Martial Arts is a multi-use facility.  If you need to use the restroom, there are 2 available on the other side of the building, but please do not use the kitchen area or any of our other fitness or martial arts equipment.  There could be other activities going on during your rental period (martial arts/fitness classes, birthday parties, special events, etc.).  Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

No cleats or spikes allowed
