After church come get a Level 1 (Journeyman Level 1) curriculum crash course in authentic Catch-As-Catch-Can Wrestling! 

Catch Wrestling is considered "the violent art," and consists of dominant grappling strategies, "rips," and brutal submissions.  Level 1 covers a variety of techniques including stand-up wrestling, takedowns, breakdowns, rides, tilts, turns, positions, and submissions!  

Come get a great workout and begin learning the techniques found within the first official rank level in Catch Wrestling! 

Great for beginners, martial artists from other disciplines looking to improve their grappling techniques, and seasoned grapplers wanting to add to their knowledge!  

Coach Charles Owens II is the owner of JMK, a lifelong martial artist, a certified black belt in multiple disciplines, chaplain and reserve police officer for Hartselle PD, and the only certified catch wrestling coach under head coach Joel Bane from the Snake Pit USA Catch Wrestling Association in Alabama!
